**Job Title:** Children's Home Senior Manager
**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children's Home Senior Manager to lead our 7-bedded children's residential care home in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a service that supports and cares for children and young people with learning disabilities and autism.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and support a team of staff to ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our service users.
- Work closely with the Regional Inspectorate to ensure the service is safe and effective.
- Manage referrals and admissions to the service.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure the service is financially sustainable.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OFSTED regulations.
**Requirements:**
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management.
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people.
- Deputy or Registered Manager experience.
- Driving licence.
**Company Details:**

**Pay Details:**
- Salary up to £50,000.
- £5,000 welcome bonus.
- Up to £10,500 in bonuses.
