**Job Title:** Children's Home Senior Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children's Home Senior Manager to lead our 7-bedded children's residential care home in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a service that supports and cares for children and young people with learning disabilities and autism.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and support a team of staff to ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our service users.
  • Work closely with the Regional Inspectorate to ensure the service is safe and effective.
  • Manage referrals and admissions to the service.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the service is financially sustainable.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OFSTED regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management.
  • NVQ Level 3 in children and young people.
  • Deputy or Registered Manager experience.
  • Driving licence.

**Pay Details:**

  • Salary up to £50,000.
  • £5,000 welcome bonus.
