Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to lead our field service team in the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will oversee the execution of service activities, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise field service teams at project sites, ensuring efficient and effective execution of service activities.
  • Coordinate and plan service schedules, resources, and logistics to meet project timelines and customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards at all times.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Degree in an engineering-related field or a minimum HNC with a recognised apprenticeship.
  • Proven experience in a field service management role, preferably within the energy or industrial sectors.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent organisational and planning abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
