We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 1:1 tutor to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide individualized tuition to students in the Teesside area, focusing on core subjects such as Maths, English, and Primary education.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher or experienced tutor to work with children aged 5-16 years, supporting their academic development and helping them achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for planning and delivering personalized learning programs, working closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality 1:1 tuition to students in their homes or community libraries
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective collaboration and communication

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher with QTS or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably in primary or secondary education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
