Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Tutor Support Specialist in Northampton. Working Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM, this role offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in education and learning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to teachers and tutors, assisting with lesson planning, resource preparation, and delivery. Additionally, they will be expected to provide one-to-one support to students, assess their progress, and maintain accurate records.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess English and Maths qualifications at Level 2 or GCSE grade 4 or above. While a STALIS Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship is desirable, it is not required.

Compensation Package

The annual salary for this position is £21,324, providing a competitive remuneration package.
