We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven National Account Manager to spearhead growth across our key accounts. This role offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to utilize their expertise in account management, sales strategy, and negotiation to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Account Management: Foster and grow relationships with major national retail accounts, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Sales Performance: Develop and execute tailored sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability within the FMCG sector.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, promotional planning, and joint business planning sessions with key accounts.
  • Market Intelligence and Forecasting: Monitor market trends, analyze sales data, and provide accurate sales forecasts to optimize account performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure streamlined execution of account plans.
  • Customer Insights and Category Growth: Leverage customer insights and market data to drive category growth and recommend product innovations.
  • Account Performance Reporting: Regularly report on account performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in account management within the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, proficiency in data analysis, and ability to derive insights from sales data.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required.
Compensation and Benefits:

This role comes with a highly competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including a car allowance, birthday off, and other perks that enhance your work-life balance.
