**Imperial Workforce** is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Office Administrator** to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Reception Duties:** Greet clients and visitors, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • **Telecommunications:** Handle phone calls, respond to emails, and manage the company's communication systems.
  • **Sage Line 50 Experience:** Utilize Sage Line 50 to manage sales invoices, purchase ledgers, and other financial tasks.
  • **Sales and Purchase Ledger Management:** Process sales invoices, manage purchase ledgers, and maintain accurate financial records.

**Working Arrangements:** This is a part-time position, working 2-3 days a week, 8am-4pm. The hourly rate is £11.44.
