About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to enhance the guest experience at Pan Pacific London. As a key member of our Ginger Lily team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks and providing top-notch service to our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take drink orders and offer personalized recommendations to guests
  • Engage with guests, create a warm atmosphere, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits
  • Demonstrate expertise in creating signature cocktails and adhering to established recipes
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our beverage menu and make informed recommendations to guests
  • Collaborate with other bar staff, servers, and kitchen staff to deliver seamless service
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate orders and maintain a smooth workflow
