In this position, you will work within a very supportive team, meaning you'll never feel under pressure and can reach out at any time for help, which will ultimately help increase your overall work satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide flexible support and advice to young people and adults, 16-25 years, who are preparing and planning to leave care.
- Work closely with service users to ensure the best possible outcomes for them.
- Support other social workers in the team.
Requirements:
- A degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience working in Leaving Care or Children in Care teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
