SEN Teaching Assistant Role for Psychology Graduates

Ribbons & Reeves are seeking talented and dedicated Psychology Graduates to join our team as SEN Teaching Assistants in a mainstream secondary school with a high percentage of students with SEN and SEMH needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring SEND Teachers, Education Psychologists, Child Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, and Occupational Psychologists to gain valuable experience in the field of SEND and Mental Health.

  • Provide 1:1 support to pupils with SEN and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs
  • Support children aged between 11-16
  • £96 per day | £500 per week | Paid PAYE on a weekly basis

To be considered for this role, you will need to be a Psychology Graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree classification and a strong academic record at GCSE and A-Level. You will also need to demonstrate a calm and patient approach, with a passion for education and a belief that all children can succeed at school regardless of the barriers they may face.
