Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Prospect House, a residential care home for adults with learning and physical disabilities.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional care and support to our service users, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

The role includes working a varied shift pattern, covering 7 days per week (every other weekend), and participating in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
