Job Title: Senior Service Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Service Manager to join our team at Eden Futures, a leading provider of support services for individuals with learning disabilities, acquired brain injury, autism, and mental illness.
As a Senior Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our services, ensuring high-quality care and support is delivered to our service users.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and leading a team of Registered Managers to deliver contractual and organisational requirements
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet statutory, contractual, and organisational standards
- Effectively managing and leading the Service, promoting excellence and innovation
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of the area, working closely with the Area Manager to support the growth and development of our services.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, free DBS check, health cash back, and pension scheme.
