Bright Leaf Recruitment is proud to present a unique opportunity for an experienced Clinical Director of Care to join their team. Our client is a well-established, multi-site, mixed practice with 15 Veterinary Surgeons and a strong team of RVNs and support colleagues.
Their purpose-built main site is the hub, with exciting plans to extend and grow facilities and services. They promote and support further education, striving to provide a high standard of care to clients and pets alike.
This vacancy has arisen due to the relocation of one of their long-standing Clinical Directors to Ireland. The successful candidate will work closely with the Practice Manager and three existing Large Animal Clinical Directors to lead the Small Animal team.
The role involves driving and shaping the future of the team, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to take on a leadership position. Ideally, this would be a full-time role over 4 days, with a half-day on 1:4 Saturdays, without any out-of-hours work.
We offer a generous salary based on experience and skills, ranging from £80,000 to £120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and background. This includes:
