Bristan Group Ltd is seeking a seasoned category leader to spearhead our product development initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving category performance, developing and implementing the product strategy, and creating the 3-year NPD roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the category team, fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain the product strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's long-range plan and product objectives.
  • Manage stage gate processes, overseeing updates and transitions, and aligning cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
  • Drive category performance, managing revenue, margin, and volume, while accounting for performance metrics and aligning with the annual operating plan.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in product management and category leadership, preferably within the relevant industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret market trends effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and priorities, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery.

The salary range for this role is £80,000-£120,000 per annum, accompanied by comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
