Building Safety Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Safety Consultant to join our team at The Health and Safety Partnership. As a key member of our consultancy, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients across the built environment, particularly in the residential sector.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in building safety and contribute to the growth and success of our company. You will work closely with clients, including owner/managers of Higher-Risk Buildings, to provide expert advice and support on building safety matters and develop comprehensive safety documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement safety management systems for clients
  • Write and implement resident engagement strategies
  • Prepare building safety cases and reports
  • Maintain statutory compliance for building and fire safety

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications, such as the CIOB Diploma in Building Safety Management or NEBOSH General Certificate
  • Membership of a professional body, such as IOSH or CIOB
  • Desirable: qualification and/or experience in fire safety
