  • Ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations across all departments
  • Supporting the HR function, including job description creation, policy reviews, and maintaining staff records

Requirements:

  • Experience managing and implementing ISO9001 and ISO14001 requirements
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (qualifications desirable)
  • Strong background in facilities management and Health & Safety compliance
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all business levels
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a forward-thinking approach to technology
