About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Diligenta. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in reviewing and resolving Corporate Incidents for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and analyze the cause of Corporate Incidents and plan the actions required to rectify the issue.
- Ensure that Corporate Incidents are delivered in line with client and regulatory expectations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, policy holders, advisors, and external clients to ensure effective communication and resolution.
- Take ownership of activity within individual Corporate Incidents to ensure agreed actions and timescales are met.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Life and/or Pensions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient skills in MS Office Word, PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience working within financial services and to FCA Guidelines.
