About the Role

As a Legal Affairs Specialist, you'll work closely with our production teams to ensure the smooth execution of TV productions, handling legal clearances, brand protection, and social media monitoring. Your expertise in intellectual property law will be invaluable in protecting our brands and formats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with UK and EU regulations
  • Assist with international brand protection, including filing trademarks and enforcing brand rights
  • Monitor social media and online platforms for brand infringements and take enforcement action as necessary
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law or a postgraduate diploma in Law (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated interest and basic knowledge of intellectual property law
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
