Classroom Support Assistant

We are recruiting for a highly motivated Classroom Support Assistant who will go on to earn their QTS. If you are passionate about pursuing a career in teaching, this role is perfect for you.
This opportunity provides hands-on experience in the classroom, with the potential for progression into a teaching position through further training and qualifications.
As a Classroom Support Assistant, your key responsibilities will include providing support to individual students or small groups to reinforce learning and help them reach their full potential.
You will also assist in preparing lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom resources.
Your role will involve supervising students during activities, breaks, and school events, as well as working closely with teachers to observe and understand various teaching strategies and techniques.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, positive, and flexible, with a genuine passion for education and a strong desire to become a teacher.
A willingness to undertake further training and qualifications to progress into a teaching role is essential.
Salary: £85.00 per annum. Sector: Education and training.
