Domiciliary Care Agency Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Domiciliary Branch Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and ensuring the smooth running of our care services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy to attract new clients
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, such as local authorities and healthcare professionals
- Manage the recruitment and training of care staff
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency
The successful candidate will have previous experience in the care sector, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a track record of business development. A relevant qualification in health and social care is desirable.
