About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at First Achieve Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the engineering of orders and bringing designs to life through CAD models and manufacturing drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engineer custom solutions from start to finish, ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Create and update 3D models and drawings in SolidWorks, turning concepts into reality.
  • Select and specify the right equipment, ensuring technical precision and quality.
  • Manage ERP data, including Parts and Bill of Materials, for seamless project execution.
  • Support documentation processes, keeping everything running smoothly across sales, engineering, and manufacturing.
  • Ensure full compliance with all SHEQ policies and procedures to maintain a safe, high-quality environment.

Requirements:

  • An HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering (or higher).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a mechanical engineering role.
  • Advanced skills in CAD software (ideally SolidWorks) to produce detailed 3D models and technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Epicor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of rotating equipment.
