Product Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Strategist to join our team at Curve Group Holdings Ltd. As a Product Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our customer application journeys based on customer, partner, and market insight.

• Provide the squad with the product vision, anticipating customer needs and market evolutions.
• Collaborate daily with stakeholders to gather inputs on short- and long-term plans, including priorities for the next sprints.
• Create user stories and features with the squad, ensuring everyone understands what must be delivered and how to do it right and fast.
• Make product prioritization decisions by ranking stories/ features in the backlog for the next sprints, adopting a value-based prioritization method to cover build, run, and maintenance needs.
• Test the implementation of stories/ features for the product release, ensuring delivery is viable from a customer acceptance perspective.
• Analyze product outcomes once released, based on customer feedback and business metrics.
• Actively participate in the life and ceremonies of the teams you belong to, constantly sharing agile values and principles.

• Sound Product Owner experience working within Digital.
• Experience in leading product development.
• Excellent delivery focus - Ensure we deliver a quality product to market.
• Ability to anticipate business and strategic evolution.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience in best practice digital techniques, including a broad understanding of digital CX best practice.
