About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our kitchen team as a Commis Chef. As a key member of our brigade, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Contribute to menu planning and development
  • Work towards completing a national recognized qualification as a Commis Chef level 2
Requirements
  • GCSE or equivalent Maths & English (Grade C/4), desired but not essential
  • Ability to follow direction in the kitchen
  • Willingness to learn
  • Passionate about hospitality
