Retail Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Stock Generation: You'll be responsible for creating an inviting shop environment that encourages sales and promotes excellent customer service. This will involve identifying opportunities to attract new customers and supporters, and developing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Management of Staff and Volunteers: You'll lead a team of staff and volunteers, recruiting, training, managing, and supporting them to ensure the effective operation of the shop. This will involve developing and implementing training programs, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring that all staff and volunteers are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- Administration: You'll be responsible for ensuring that all financial reporting and management, cash handling, daily banking, and security procedures are followed. This will involve maintaining accurate records, managing budgets, and ensuring that all financial transactions are properly authorized and recorded.
