Prospero Teaching is seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to work at a school near Lancaster. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting pupils with SEMH issues and collaborating with the teaching team to develop and implement effective behaviour support strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting
  • Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques
  • Team Teach qualification desirable
