Job OverviewWe seek a Dental Compliance Director to oversee and manage compliance across our practices in South West England. This role involves ensuring that our operations align with the latest regulatory requirements and best practices, fostering a culture of excellence within our teams.
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs to ensure alignment with UK dental regulations, including CQC registration.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve compliance gaps across practices, promoting a proactive approach to risk management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement policies that meet regulatory and industry standards, enhancing our reputation as a leading dental group.
- Train and support dental teams on compliance matters, ensuring awareness and proper application of guidelines to maintain high standards of care.
- Maintain awareness of updates in dental regulations and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders, ensuring seamless compliance processes.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure smooth interactions and timely responses to inquiries, upholding our commitment to excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance standards across all practices, embedding a culture of excellence throughout our organisation.
- Proven experience in dental compliance management, with a track record of success in ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Comprehensive understanding of UK dental regulations and industry standards, including CQC inspection processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams and external regulatory bodies, promoting effective collaboration.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities for improvement, driving business growth and development.
- Relevant certifications in compliance or healthcare regulation are highly desirable, demonstrating expertise in this field.
- Ability to travel between practices when required, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
