We are working with a global fashion brand who require an experienced professional to support the management of their end-to-end merchandising process. This role would be ideal for someone currently working as a Senior Allocator or Assistant Merchandiser looking to take on new challenges.

The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring strong communication with suppliers and supporting the merchandising function with analysis to create a balanced and commercial range.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To support the management of the end-to-end merchandising process, ensuring timely delivery of products to market
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and lead times where possible
  • To analyse sales data and trends to inform product range decisions and ensure a balanced and commercial range
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Allocator or Assistant Merchandiser within the fashion industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues
