Job Title: Luxury Travel Consultant - German Speaker

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Travel Consultant to join our team in the United Kingdom. As a German-speaking Luxury Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for advising our customers on luxury travel services, processing customer requests, and making reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise customers on luxury travel services, including restaurant and club reservations, gift organization, tickets, spa and fitness services, and transportation.
  • Process customer requests from preparation to billing, including creating itineraries and obtaining visas.
  • Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies.
  • Prepare tailor-made offers and travel documents.

Requirements:

  • Excellent language skills in professional German and English, with the ability to speak additional languages such as French or Italian.
  • Completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism.
  • Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator, or a travel agency.
  • GDS knowledge, preferably Amadeus, and excellent destination knowledge.
  • Strong passion for luxury travel and the lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture.
  • Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and identification with Ten Group values.
  • Strong communication skills.
