We are working with Niyaa People Ltd, a leading consultancy, to find a new Asset Manager to join their team. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for securing and maintaining engagement with clients while assisting with all things Assets, Capital Investment, and Sustainability.

The role is home-based, with site visits across the West Midlands as required. You will work closely with numerous clients, providing expert advice and guidance on asset management, capital investment, and sustainability strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize client engagement and satisfaction
  • Provide expert advice on capital investment and sustainability initiatives
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize asset management needs
  • Conduct site visits to assess client assets and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in asset management, capital investment, and sustainability

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Asset Manager or in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of asset management, capital investment, and sustainability principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
