Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to join our team at Empiric, working closely with one of our high-profile European Financial Services customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting a large-scale data platform using Palantir Foundry, Spark, and Python.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable data solutions using Palantir Foundry, Spark, and Python.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data engineering concepts.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, cloud-based data services using AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Lead the development of interoperability concepts between platforms and components to achieve a cohesive and consistent set of analytics capabilities.
  • Provide exceptional customer-facing experience and communicate technical constructs effectively to large groups.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with Palantir Foundry, Spark, and Python.
  • Expert knowledge of data engineering concepts and distributed computing.
  • Experience with cloud-based services, such as AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a track record of engineering leadership or technical lead experience.
