**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Home Care Direct. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and safely in their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, mobility, and medication administration.
  • Support clients with their therapy and treatment plans, including administering medication and recording progress.
  • Assist clients with their day-to-day care and social needs, including meal preparation, household chores, and social activities.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support for our clients.

**Requirements**

  • Experience working in social care or a related field.
