A rewarding opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic team member to join our mixed farming business in Oxfordshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the health and wellbeing of birds and the smooth operation of the poultry unit.

Your primary duties will include ensuring the birds receive regular feed and water supplies, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and responding to alarm calls in a timely manner. The role involves working every other weekend and may require occasional night shifts during the peak season.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. If you are passionate about animal welfare and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
