Senior Full Stack Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at Matchtech. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain new and existing software solutions using Laravel and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure consistency and high standards in software development.
  • Lead in implementing security best practices and optimizing application performance.
  • Mentor and support mid-level developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in code reviews and drive innovation within the team.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years' experience with the Laravel ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in MySQL, PostgreSQL, and version control (Github/Bitbucket).
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs and Laravel queues, authentication, task scheduling, and security.
  • Front-end experience with frameworks such as TailwindCSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript (Vue, React, or Angular).
  • Proven track record of developing scalable applications.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with payment integrations, Docker, DevOps, and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with Laravel Livewire/Inertia, GraphQL, and Figma/XD wireframing.
