We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team at The Lignum Group.

Job Summary:

The Senior Contracts Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of contracts by effectively managing design, programming, commercial aspects, and all resources associated with the projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage design and delivery requests, coordinate installations of balconies and balustrades, and ensure projects meet specifications.
  • Maintain positive collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Work with the Quality Manager to review and implement quality plans for each project.
  • Oversee the issuance of O&M manuals and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
  • Degree, HND, BTEC, or similar in a relevant field.
  • Project Management Certification preferred.
  • Full UK Driving License (preferably clean).
  • CSCS card.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive responsibility in construction project and contract management roles.
  • Strong management experience and a track record of working effectively with construction procedures and project management principles.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and construction/project management software.
  • Good CAD design skills and numerical abilities.
