We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Manager to join our team at Digital Gurus. As a Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies in partnership with clients and our Paid Social Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account strategies in partnership with clients and our Paid Social Director.
- Responsible for the operational success of accounts, ensuring deliverables are met on time and on budget.
- Owns and manages client strategy and plans key campaign efficiencies.
- Manages all day-to-day efforts and is the primary day-to-day SME voice to the client.
- Plans accounts and growth opportunities, working closely with Account Directors.
- Builds strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams.
Requirements:
- Strong experience managing and planning paid social campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
- Ideally have 2-3 years experience in Paid Social.
- Flexible with Senior Account Executives moving up to a Paid Social Manager level.
- Proficiency in managing and planning campaigns across various paid social platforms, including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest.
- Strong understanding of paid social principles, best practices, and industry trends.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven track record of delivering successful paid social campaigns and achieving key performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CPA).
