The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Team Leader to join our Service Department at our Ashbourne depot. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining the highest level of aftersales service. Your primary objective will be to assist in delivering excellence to each customer, ensuring they receive a first-class service experience while upholding our Company Values.

About You

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • A relevant technical qualification, such as an Agricultural Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong diagnostic skills and good all-round technical knowledge of agricultural machinery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience of managing a team of technicians is desirable, but not essential

Package Details

We offer a competitive salary range of £35-40,000, depending on your experience, plus a generous bonus scheme, 20 days annual leave (increasing by one day per year, up to a maximum of 25 days), company pension, employee discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, and financial planning services. The working hours are 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities available.
