Job Description

Ecolab is a trusted partner at nearly three million customer locations spanning over 170 countries. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products. Your responsibilities will include routine testing to ensure bulk chemical analysis is conducted in a timely manner, investigating and reporting deviations/defects minimizing delay and losses, and verifying that any resulting corrective actions are implemented to prevent re-occurrences. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating paperwork associated with laboratory activities, releasing all incoming raw materials using SAP following COA checks, and maintaining lab equipment, glassware, and laboratory chemical stocks. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure compliance with 5S standards and maintain a general tidiness of the laboratory.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need experience working in a laboratory environment, with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Practical understanding of chemistry and knowledge of SAP are also desirable. You will also be required to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
