About the Role

  • Generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and progress sales through to exchange and completion.
  • Optimise every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and building trust.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and market trends to provide expert advice and guidance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales agent or sales negotiator in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Ability to generate new business and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering results.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • IT literacy, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, email systems, and other relevant software.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
