Senior Estate Agent/Senior Sales Negotiator Role Overview
Austin & Wyatt is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Estate Agent/Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team in Totton. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a well-established and reputable estate agency that prides itself on its traditional values and personal service.
About the Role
- Generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and progress sales through to exchange and completion.
- Optimise every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and building trust.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and market trends to provide expert advice and guidance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales agent or sales negotiator in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to generate new business and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering results.
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- IT literacy, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, email systems, and other relevant software.
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
