As an Exams Officer at Brockenhurst College, you will be responsible for delivering examination services within the institution. The successful candidate will work closely with the Management Information team to ensure timely and accurate submission of exam registrations, claims, and entries.
Responsibilities:- Ensure the timely submission of Exam registrations, claims, and entries.
- Provide guidance and support to learners and relevant college departments on external examination guidelines and key performance indicator policies.
- Collaborate with the Exams Team and Exams Manager to deliver exams within agreed timelines and make adjustments for access exam arrangements and special exam requests.
- Maintain an effective filing system for learner registration forms and data capture amendment forms in accordance with departmental policy.
- Enter qualification results accurately and on time onto the MIS system in accordance with SLAs.
To succeed as an Exams Officer, you will have a Level 3 qualification and 5 GCSEs (at grade C or above) including maths and English. You will also possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
