This exciting opportunity allows newly qualified nurses to join Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and embark on a rewarding nursing career. As a Staff Nurse at DBTH, you will work closely with experienced colleagues to deliver exceptional patient care.
The trust offers a 12-month preceptorship programme, which provides structured support and guidance to help new nurses settle into their roles. Our dedicated clinical education team ensures that all necessary training and resources are available to aid your development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in the multi-disciplinary team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- NMCD registration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
Annual Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience)
