Project Financial Manager

Overview:
CV Library is seeking a skilled Project Financial Manager to lead our commercial team in managing costs on various projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial and financial management, with a proven track record of success in minimizing costs while maximizing value for money.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all costs on a range of projects to minimize costs and maximize value for money.
- Develop internal budgets in collaboration with the procurement team.
- Prepare monthly cash-flow reports and manage change by identifying, valuing, and agreeing variations.
- Collate monthly labor, material, plant, and subcontractor cost data to inform senior management cost reports.
- Assist with contract reviews, contractual arrangements, and documentation.
Requirements:
- A minimum HNC qualification or working towards a recognized certification.
- Extensive experience in commercial and financial management.
- Strong understanding of commercial management processes and procedures.
- Experience working with various types of contracts and contractual frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with excellent literacy, numeric, and IT skills.
Salary Range:
$70,000 - $90,000 per annum.
