Digital Marketing Specialist

We are a dynamic company operating in the financial comparison space, seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Manager to drive our Lead Performance Media activity and expand our paid media presence across various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute paid search and performance media strategies to achieve business growth and brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize existing PPC accounts and campaigns, identifying new keywords and opportunities for improvement.
- Expand paid social and other paid media channels, ensuring effective integration and tracking of PPC and other paid digital performance media activity.
- Conduct A/B testing and analysis to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and content for improved conversion and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement paid media strategies that meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay up-to-date with search and paid media trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
- 4+ years of experience managing paid search accounts in highly competitive markets.
- Proven track record of successful paid media campaigns outside of PPC, with a focus on at least one additional channel.
- Experience managing medium to large account budgets across multiple platforms, channels, and territories.
- Strong analytical skills, with a passion for data-driven decision making and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
