About the Role

We're seeking a talented Retail Sales Advisor to join our team at Sky Retail Store in Highcross shopping centre in Leicester. As a Retail Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, showcasing and selling our products, and achieving customer and commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Demonstrate and sell our latest products and services to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet customer needs
