About the RoleAs a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their personal care needs, helping them engage in various activities that promote their physical and mental wellbeing. You will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to providing an excellent standard of care, treating each resident with dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide assistance with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents with their daily activities, including arts and crafts, watching sports, drama, and musical events
- Encourage residents to participate in shopping trips, social occasions, and other special interest activities
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting residents' privacy
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- An estimated annual salary of £23,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
