Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in the processing of payments to satisfy requirements and obligations within our multiple legal entities.

You will report directly to the Finance Team Leader and assist with the processing of over 30,000 payments each month. This role will provide the opportunity to contribute to ongoing projects as well as with the implementation of new processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising with various banking partners to resolve payment queries
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues to confirm payment statuses and assist with accounts coding
  • Completing client account reconciliations and investigating variances
  • Contributing to ongoing projects relating to the payments function
  • Completing ad hoc tasks as and when required
Requirements
  • Studying towards AAT
  • Proficiency in Excel functions
