We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Team Leader to join our client, a well-established global manufacturer in Telford.
As the Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of maintenance personnel, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
You will also be involved in planning and implementing maintenance schedules, as well as providing technical guidance and support to your team.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, with double days plus occasional night shift on a rota basis.
Estimated Salary: £52,000 - £62,000 per annum
