Job Title: BMS Maintenance Engineer

At Johnson Controls, we are seeking a highly skilled BMS Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a BMS Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out routine BMS maintenance on various sites and responding to callouts from our Maintenance Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine BMS service visits to ensure optimal system performance
  • Respond to BMS callouts to resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Support the Maintenance Operations Team with customer queries and provide technical expertise
  • Prepare clear and accurate reports on site visits, including any recommended improvements
  • Carry out BMS-related small works projects to enhance system efficiency
  • Attend client meetings and maintain regular client communication to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience with BMS systems, including Trend, Delta, Johnsons, or Tridium
  • Knowledge of system controls and operation strategies, including MCC panels and control panel wiring diagrams
  • Understanding of mechanical plant operation and control, as well as electrical systems
  • Ability to learn and support new technologies and alternative control systems
  • Confident in IT, with working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent written skills and ability to provide reports in a timely manner
