Job Overview:
Huntington Ingalls Industries is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Accreditation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting all applicable US Government and Department of Defense cybersecurity programs and policies. This opportunity resides within our All-Domain Operations (ADO) business group, which designs, develops, integrates, and manages the sensors, systems, and other assets necessary for integrated ISR operations and accelerated decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Assessment and Approval (A&A) functions for SCI, PMO, and collateral systems.
• Perform periodic travel and site evaluations in support of A&A efforts.
• Identify appropriate IA controls with the respective accreditation package(s) to ensure implementation is in accordance with DoD and US Air Force IA standards.
• Initiate and update A&A packages for the appropriate information systems utilizing the web-based XACTA Information Assurance (IA) Manager.
• Maintain the inventory and the appropriate forms of documentation for security hardware and software within XACTA.

Requirements:
• 5 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 3 years relevant experience with a Master's degree in a related field; or 0 years experience with a PhD or Juris Doctorate in a related field.
• Recent experience as an ISSO, ISSE, or Cyber Security specialist.
