Multilingual Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Administrator to join our team at Language Matters Recruitment Consultants Ltd. This role plays a crucial role in the horticulture industry, acting as a bridge between licensed growers and our internal Sales team.

You will oversee all aspects of Licence and Distribution agreements, ensuring effective record-keeping and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices and sales orders
• Updating pricing information and managing stock
• Providing translation support for contracts and documentation
• Maintaining up-to-date client information, including licenses and renewals
• Travelling to trade shows and license partner offices to ensure compliance with organisational standards
• Performing other administrative duties as required

About You:

This role is ideal for a fluent German and Italian speaker with strong administrative and customer service skills.

Your Profile:

• Fluency in German and Italian (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Administrative or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
