Job Title: Technician Facilities
Contract Type: 6 months Fixed Term
Job Summary:
We are recruiting a Paint Technician to join our client's brand-new production facility in Dagenham. As a key member of the Operations & Logistics team, you will be responsible for painting and refinishing commercial automotive parts using HVLP equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mix and match paint according to specifications to ensure flawless surface quality.
- Assess product quality, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and organization.
- Ensure strong understanding of safety processes, proper PPE usage, and fire awareness.
- Knowledge of quality conformance requirements and continuous improvement principles.
Requirements:
- City & Guilds Level 3 or IMI in automotive refinishing, or significant relevant experience.
