Job Title: Theatre Nurse Scrub

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Theatre Nurse Scrub to join our team at Park Hill Hospital. As a Theatre Nurse Scrub, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced theatre environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the theatre team to deliver efficient and individualized patient care
  • Adhere to Ramsay's policies and procedures to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes for patients
  • Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements

  • Registered with the NMC/HCPC
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Demonstrated computer skills
  • Ability to plan equipment and consumable requirements
  • ALS qualification desirable but not essential
